CARAMELIZAR A FORMA:
Leve uma forma redonda de alumínio (25 cm de diâmetro) diretamente na boca do fogão com 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar. Espere que o açúcar derreta e forme um caramelo, se necessário acrescente um pouco de água para dar o ponto. Deixe esfriar.
Repita a operação com outra forma, pois faremos dois pudins (dois recheios).

PUDIM:
2 latas de leite condensado
2 latas de leite comum (500 ml)
8 ovos inteiros

Bata bem no liquidificador. Divida e despeje sobre as duas formas caramelizadas e leve para assar por aproximadamente 50 minutos a 180°.

GENOISE (BOLO):
9 ovos
270 g de açúcar (1 ½ xícara)
270 g de farinha de trigo (2 ¼ xícara)
Bata bem os ovos (inteiros) com o açúcar durante aproximadamente 10 minutos. Depois peneire, aos poucos, a farinha sobre a massa e vá misturando com o auxílio de uma espátula (sempre no mesmo sentido).
Despeje a massa sobre 3 formas redondas de 25 cm de diâmetro cada (forrar o fundo com papel manteiga e untar com óleo).
Leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido a 180° por 20 minutos, após esse tempo, baixe a temperatura para 150° e asse por mais 10 minutos.

OUTRA MASSA DE BOLO (PREFIRO A GENOISE):
6 ovos
1 ½ xícara (chá) de açúcar
1 ½ xícara (chá) de leite morno
3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo
1 ½ colher (sopa) de fermento
9 colheres (sopa) de óleo

Bata as claras em neve firme, acrescente as gemas, o açúcar, o óleo e o leite morno.
Desligue a batedeira, adicione a farinha peneirada com o fermento aos poucos, misturando lentamente.
Despeje a massa sobre 3 formas redondas de 25 cm de diâmetro cada (forrar o fundo com papel manteiga). Leve para assar a 180° por aproximadamente 30 minutos.
Se for assar junto o pudim e a massa, leve para assar por aproximadamente 50 minutos, em temperatura de 180°.
